I Lived This
MY STORYThere are things the world keeps treating at the surface.
I didn’t choose SOTERIYA.
I couldn’t ignore it.
I’ve lived through things no one should go through.
Abuse. Trauma. Addiction. Disordered eating.
They left me with years of poor health.
Years struggling to walk.
And years I didn’t want to be here anymore.
My healing was not inspirational.
It was real.
And when I finally healed and found inner peace,
I began to see clearly.
Not just in myself, but in women everywhere.
I saw how early we are taught to ignore our intuition.
How women carry the same emotional pain, but believe it’s only them.
How doing everything has become the expectation.
Women lost.
Women suffering in silence.
For a long time, I used to think it was just me too.
But The Wound
itself remained unnamed.
Hidden in plain sight.
I began to see the pattern.
Once I saw how many women weren’t making it,
I couldn’t sleep.
I know what it means to still be here.
This had to be done.
I’m not above this.
I lived it.
And I’m inside this with you.
This isn’t something I ever thought I would share.
I was asked to speak.
So, I listened.
SOTERIYA exists for you.
